There are a wide range of bereavement services available throughout the country, including specialist services for children and young people.
The following links are to organisations and sources of help specialising in bereavement.
However, should you like to see a long-term, locally-based bereavement counsellor or therapist, or are particularly worried about either yourself, a child or another family member, please do make an appointment with your GP. They may be able to refer you to an appropriate local service or signpost you.
